ChasedShot is a hosted-album and photo-purchase service operated by Byte Stack Solutions (“Byte Stack Solutions”, “we”, “us”), a company that develops and operates a portfolio of SaaS products. You can reach us at info@bytestacksolutions.com.
ChasedShot lets independent photographers (“Photographers”) host photo albums and sell individual photos to end-buyers (“Buyers”). Each Photographer sells directly to Buyers through their own Stripe Connect account under the Direct Charges model: the Photographer is the merchant of record. ChasedShot provides the software and hosting; the Photographer sells the photo.
You do not need an account to buy. Provide your email at checkout, complete payment through Stripe, and you will receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link expires after seven (7) days.
The Photographer, not ChasedShot, is your counterparty for the purchase. Any tax invoice you receive is issued by the Photographer. Refund requests and copyright licence questions must be directed to the Photographer whose contact email is shown on their album page.
Photos are digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium. In line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right. By clicking “Buy” you confirm you want the download to be made available to you immediately and you accept that you lose your right of withdrawal.
Unless the Photographer publishes additional licence terms on their album, each purchased photo is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: viewing, printing for yourself, sharing on personal social media. Reselling, sublicensing, editorial or commercial use, and use in AI training datasets are not permitted without written permission from the Photographer. The Photographer remains the copyright holder.

Because the Photographer is the merchant of record, refunds are decided and issued by the Photographer. ChasedShot does not hold the funds and cannot refund purchases directly. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, the chargeback runs against the Photographer’s Stripe account.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Photos may be removed by the Photographer at any time; once removed, the preview is no longer publicly visible, but existing download links remain valid until they expire.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChasedShot’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid on ChasedShot in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and in any case shall not exceed five hundred (500) euros. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
